I have known the Helms for a long time. I never met Brad.

Al was Fred's (Mr Palatine Park District) right hand man (I always thought Fred was a crook, so subsequently I had related feelings about AL)

Oren (AL's brother) was in charge of the Palatine water department for a while. He tried to fire some one, but that person told Oren, you can't do that cause I will spill the beans and you will go to jail.
